License Agreement

Please read the license agreement carefully, fill in the form, and press the "Accept and Download" button. The information will be sent to the ETMCC team (in the following called "the licensers") and used for the purpose of registration only.

We (the licensee) understand that ETMCC is supplied "as is", without expressed or implied warranty. We agree on the following:

The licensers do not have any obligation to provide any maintenance or consulting help with respect to ETMCC.
The licensers neither have any responsibility for the correctness of systems verified using ETMCC, nor for the correctness of ETMCC itself.
We will never distribute or modify any part of the ETMCC code without a written permission from Joachim Meyer-Kayser (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg) or Joost-Pieter Katoen (University of Twente).
We will only use ETMCC for non-profit research purposes. This implies that neither ETMCC nor any part of its code should be used or modified for any commercial software product.
